Revolutionizing All-on-4 with Smile XZ
Smile XZ is a more sophisticated approach to All-on-4 treatment. Our proprietary full arch tooth replacement option with implants gives us complete control over every step of your care. Everything is produced and performed in-house, and all smiles are digitally designed to our patients’ faces using special 3D software.
On the day of surgery the implants are placed, and special 3D scans are made of the implants, also known as photogrammetry. This is then linked to the pre-designed smile. We digitally create a prosthesis and 3D print it that same day so that your restoration can be secured to the implants immediately. Our patients leave that day with a fully customized and secure smile.
Next is the SXZ1 prosthesis, a full zirconia prosthesis, which is much stronger. Our goal is to have this completed and in place within a week. After 3-6 months of healing, we start the process of creating your highly refined cosmetic zirconia prosthesis, which we call SXZ2. This is our best-fitting, strongest, and most beautiful smile design available.
With Smile XZ, we have refined the All-on-4 process to ensure the highest quality restoration possible. Our goal is to help you achieve the smile of your dreams, and we won’t stop until you are 100% happy with it.

I was scheduled for a consultation on Monday and upon my arrival, I was very pleased by how the staff takes care of their clients. Dr. Collier was very thorough and informative of the procedures and I was very comfortable with everything discussed. The staff also discussed with me financial options and services that are available. I am looking forward to visiting again.

View on GoogleYou don't need a dental implant for every missing tooth. Dr. Collier can use just four implants to support a full-arch denture, often without the need for a bone graft.
We Make Smile XZ Affordable Honest Cost Estimates and Flexible Financing
Like traditional dental implants, All-on-4 dental implants don't qualify for coverage under basic dental insurance plans. However, you can expect that these policies will contribute to at least a portion of the cost of the denture and any preparatory work you require, such as treatment for gum disease, or extraction of natural teeth that cannot be saved.
Southern Dental Implant Center in Cordova is a provider that believes in making this implant treatment accessible to patients who need it. We offer financing that can allow you to pay for your treatment in monthly installments that fit your budget. During your free consultation, you will receive a cost estimate. At that time, we can explain your financing options and begin working with your provider to secure the best coverage possible for all applicable portions of your treatment.
We Also Provide All-On-6
If you happen to need more than four implants to support your denture, but still want to be able to skip the bone graft, we also offer the All-on-6 solution. As the name implies, it incorporates two additional implants for added support. During your consultation, we can determine which of these techniques will best suit your needs and provide a stable foundation for your denture.
A Revolutionary Approach
Your Smile XZ Basics Explained
All-on-4 is an implant denture placement method that uses just four implants per dental arch instead of the usual six to eight. The two implants at the back of the jawbone are placed at angles that maximize support from the remaining jaw tissue. This means many patients can both skip preliminary bone grafting and have a temporary denture attached immediately following surgery.
High Praise for Our Team

A Faster Track to a Repaired Smile What Happens During All-on-4 Treatment
As our patient, you can expect outstanding treatment at every stage of your care.
Complete Your Smile Transformation
You will wear your temporary full-arch denture for about three to six months while your implants become permanently fused to your jawbone. During this time, you will already be able to experience the benefits of improved enunciation thanks to a stable and secure denture. You will also find that there is no need to shy away from photos or sharing a laugh with friends - your denture will stay in place the entire time.
However, you won't be able to eat tough, crunchy, or chewy foods until you have completely healed. Until that time, you will want to eat only soft foods and liquids.
Once Dr. Collier confirms that the implants have completely fused with the jawbone, you can receive your permanent full-arch denture. Following this step, you can begin using your dentures to enjoy any foods you choose, from crisp apples to barbecue.

All-on-4 (Smile XZ) FAQ
Does implant placement hurt?
No. You will be completely numbed before this dentistry treatment begins. For those who feel anxious or have trouble sitting comfortably for long periods, IV sedation is available to ensure you are completely comfortable. Dr. Collier is certified in this technique to help you experience deep relaxation in complete safety.
How long will my dental implants last?
All-on-4 dental implants are made of titanium. With proper care, they can last a lifetime. All you have to do is treat your replacement teeth just like natural teeth: brush twice a day, floss at least once each day, and make sure to see us at least twice a year so we can detect and treat any oral health issues as soon as possible.
Are traditional implants "better" than All-on-4 or Smile XZ?
The only thing that makes one type of implant better than the other is the needs of the patient. All-on-4 is only for those who are missing a full arch of teeth on the upper or lower arch. However, a person who is missing all of their teeth could also choose to receive six to eight traditional implants per arch to support their denture. Dr. Collier will gladly answer your questions during a consultation, but generally speaking, patients who choose to support a full denture with All-on-4 implants will experience no difference in stability and other benefits than those who choose traditional implants.
